Welcome to satus.dev. We provide audio intelligence services, including transcription, diarization, summarization, chapterization, disfluency, and profanity tagging as REST-API services. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with satus.dev, that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the Services immediately.
Our services are designed to provide you with advanced audio intelligence. By submitting an audio or video file for processing, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, and otherwise exploit your submitted content, but only for the limited purposes of providing the Services and as otherwise permitted by satus.dev's privacy policies.
Upon submission of a new job, we will charge the full amount to your account.
If a job fails due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the full price to your account.
We reserve the right to charge the customer in full or deny further requests if we detect malicious use of our services or spamming.
Credits deposited into the account cannot be withdrawn except in edge cases. Please contact support@satus.dev for assistance.
A prepaid account has a limit of five parallel submissions. If your account balance becomes negative, you will not be able to submit more jobs until the account is recharged.
A pay-as-you-go account has a limit of 20 parallel submissions. Higher limits can be unlocked upon request.
We retain your data for 24 hours after successful processing, after which it will be deleted. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for operational, regulatory, legal, or other reasons.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than litigation.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will satus.dev be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where satus.dev is registered (Switzerland).
